Jeffrey R. LeMunyon, CFA, has twenty two years of experience in and around commodity markets and commodity trading with positions in institutional sales, trading, and operations and, since 1998, the Principal and Owner of Linwood Capital, LLC, an Energy Price Risk Management Firm and registered Commodity Trading Advisor based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Under Mr. LeMunyon’s direction, Linwood Capital creates and manages customized energy price risk management programs for its clients which are primarily public transit agencies and other large institutional consumers of energy.  These programs result in lower energy budget risk, higher certainty of future energy costs, lower volatility of energy costs, and strive to realize a lower overall cost of energy in the long-term.

Mr. LeMunyon holds an MBA with Honors in Finance – Security Analysis & Portfolio Management - from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and graduated with a BA in Philosophy from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN.  Jeff is a member and Past President of the CFA Society of Minnesota and has served on its Board of Directors since 1999.  Jeff is currently a member of the Financial Management Committee and Procurement Committee of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) and regularly presents at its meetings.
